離心風機由葉輪、機殼、進氣口、傳動組、機座等組成,在電機的驅動下,離心機轉子高速旋轉產生強大的離心力,使從進氣口吸入的氣流在機殼內產生離心運動,然后從出風口一側送出。通常用于工礦企事業單位的空氣凈化、除塵、通風換氣。由于制造誤差、材質不均等原因,風機運行時,每個葉片和葉輪上的氣流作用力不同,因此其合力不能等于零。這樣就產生了氣動干擾力。

1、 葉片差引起的干涉力

葉輪制造中存在誤差,如每個葉片的角度和方向,以及輪盤和輪罩的間隙可能不同。由于產量不同,每個葉片在運行期間接收的氣體反作用力之和不等于零,導致空氣動力干擾力。氣動干擾力隨轉速和風量的增加而變大。

2、 輪盤與輪罩的晃動干涉

輪盤和輪罩的端面跳動應控制在一定的要求范圍內,以減少震動造成的干擾。輪盤和輪罩的振動會在軸向上產生周期性的干擾力,殼體也會通過空氣傳輸產生振動。

3、 反饋氣流的擾動力

風扇的葉輪和收集器(進氣口)之間有一定的間隙。該間隙的存在將使部分氣流回流。這部分氣流可以稱為反饋氣流。反饋氣流的穩定性也會影響風扇的振動。因此,在安裝過程中,葉輪與進氣口之間的間隙應均勻,并保證重疊。其目的是至小化并穩定反饋氣流,從而降低風機的振動。一般來說,反饋氣流越小,風扇效率越高,反之,風扇效率低。

Therefore, during installation, the clearance between the impeller and the air inlet shall be uniform and the overlap shall be ensured. The purpose is to minimize and stabilize the feedback air flow, so as to reduce the vibration of the fan. Generally speaking, the smaller the feedback air flow, the higher the fan efficiency. On the contrary, the fan efficiency is low.
4、 套管內壓力分布差異

葉輪運行時,輸送的空氣量相同,但受殼體限制,空氣只能向一個方向移動。因為外殼各部分的氣壓不同。如果濟南離心風機在穩定狀態下運行,風機中的壓力分布相對穩定,對風機的振動干擾相對較小。但是,隨著運行條件的變化,如轉速、風門開度等,風機中的壓力分布會發生變化,從而導致振動變化。這是改變阻尼器和轉速時振動增加或減少的原因之一。干擾存在于運行狀態的變化中。
