離心風機是目前工業生產中使用非常廣的通風排氣設備之一，依靠輸入的機械能，提高氣體壓力并排送氣體的機械，它是一種從動的流體機械。但是受知識的影響，很多企業主往往一安裝上之后，就不再理會。其實離心風機不同狀態下，所能取得的效果也不相同。本文主要分享了離心風機日常操作及維護措施，以下幾點給予說明：

1、風機允許全壓起動或降壓電動，但應注意，全壓起動時的電流約為5-7倍的額定電流，降壓起動轉矩與電壓平方成正比，當電網容量不足時，應采用降壓起動。

1. Full voltage starting or step-down electric fan is allowed, but it should be noted that the current during full voltage starting is about 5-7 times of the rated current, and the step-down starting torque is directly proportional to the square of voltage. When the power grid capacity is insufficient, step-down starting shall be adopted.

   
   

2、離心風機在試車時，應認真閱讀產品說明書，檢查接線方法是否同接線圖相符；應認真檢查供給風機電源的工作電壓是不是符合要求，電源是否缺相或同相位，所配電器元件的容量是否符合要求。

2. During the commissioning of centrifugal fan, carefully read the product manual and check whether the wiring method is consistent with the wiring diagram; Carefully check whether the working voltage of the power supply to the fan meets the requirements, whether the power supply is out of phase or in the same phase, and whether the capacity of the electrical components meets the requirements.

3、試車時人數不少于兩人，一人控制電源，一人觀察風機運轉情況，發現異?，F象立即停機檢查；首先檢查旋轉方向是否正確；風機開始運轉后，應立 即檢查各相運轉電流是否平衡、電流是否超過額定電流；若有不正?，F象，應停機檢查。運轉五分鐘后，停機檢查風機是否有異?，F象，確認無異?，F象再開機運 轉。

3. During commissioning, the number of people shall not be less than two, one shall control the power supply and one shall observe the operation of the fan. In case of any abnormality, stop the machine for inspection immediately; First, check whether the rotation direction is correct; After the fan starts to operate, immediately check whether the operating current of each phase is balanced and whether the current exceeds the rated current; In case of abnormality, stop the machine for inspection. After five minutes of operation, shut down the fan to check whether there is any abnormality, and then start it for operation after confirming that there is no abnormality.

4、雙速風機試車時，應先起動低速，檢查旋轉方向是否正確；起動高速時待風機靜止后再啟動，以防高速反向旋轉，引起開關跳閘及電機受損。

4. During the commissioning of two speed fan, start the low speed fan first to check whether the rotation direction is correct; When starting the high-speed fan, start it after the fan is stationary to prevent the high-speed reverse rotation from causing switch tripping and motor damage.

5、風機達到正常轉速時，應測量風機輸入電流是否正常，離心風機的運行電流不能超過其額定電流。若運行電流超過其額定電流，應檢查供給的電壓是否正常。

5. When the fan reaches the normal speed, measure whether the input current of the fan is normal, and the operating current of the centrifugal fan shall not exceed its rated current. If the operating current exceeds its rated current, check whether the supplied voltage is normal.

風機所需電機功率是指在一定工況下，對離心風機和風機箱，進風口全開時所需功率較大。若進風口全開進行運轉，則電機有損壞的危險。風機試車時將風機進口或出口管道上的閥門關閉更好，運轉后將閥門漸漸開啟，達到所需工況為止，并注意風機的運轉電流是否超過額定電流。

The motor power required by the fan refers to the large power required for the centrifugal fan and fan case when the air inlet is fully open under certain working conditions. If the air inlet is fully open for operation, the motor is in danger of damage. During fan commissioning, it is better to close the valve on the inlet or outlet pipe of the fan.
