一、水流速的問題
1、 The problem of water velocity
管道流速應控制在16m/s以下,流速越快,管網阻力越大,可能會導致鼓風機喘振,增加回轉式風機負荷。

二、曝氣回轉風機的質量
2、 Quality control of aeration rotary fan
在國內市場,曝氣機品種繁多,質量參差不齊,價格跨度大。由于缺乏相關的行業標準,作坊式生產方式普遍存在。例如,對橡膠曝氣機而言,每次所使用的原料及配料不盡相同,導致產品質量不穩定。例:碳黑添加過量,膠板就會硬化,阻力增大;碳黑添加不足,膠板太軟,則容易破裂;甚至還存在使用再生橡膠等情況。所以,非工業化生產的產品,其質量很難控制。如果曝氣機釋放量(釋放量與水深、壓力、流速、曝氣機膠膜質量均有關系)無法達到工藝要求,導致回轉式鼓風流量釋放率70%時,就會發生喘振及增加風機壓力。

If the release amount of the aerator (the release amount is related to the water depth, pressure, flow rate and the quality of the rubber film of the aerator) cannot meet the process requirements, resulting in 70% release rate of the rotary blast flow, surge will occur and the fan pressure will be increased.
三、止回閥的使用不同

各個生產廠家的止回閥中的拉簧硬度不一,局部阻力損失也就不同。如果總體管道阻力損失大于回轉式風機出口壓力,也會出現喘振?;剞D式風機停機時,需先關閉進口蝶閥,再關閉出口蝶閥,這完全可以避免倒水問題,不需安裝出口端止回閥。增加止回閥會加大阻力損失,增加設備成本和運行費用。

四、環境溫度的變化

根據風機行業標準,回轉式風機設計氣溫為20℃,每升高1℃,出口壓力會下降20mmH2O左右。例如,夏季氣溫為38℃時,出口壓力就會下降360mmH2O。本公司根據我國大多數地區夏季普遍高溫的氣候特征,將回轉式風機進口端設計溫度提高至37℃,即相同軸功率下,出口端壓力比 標準高出340mmH2O。根據使用現場的具體情況,在進行回轉式風機的選型時,也要考慮氣溫變化對風機出口壓力的影響。當風機使用地日極限溫度37℃時,按20mmH2O/1℃對進氣端壓力進行補償。

五、海拔高度的變化

回轉式風機設計壓力為98kpa(海拔高度150m,1atm)。當風機使用地點的海拔高度hgt;150m時,應在出口壓力和進口流量作適當補償,以保證設備正常運行。

六、并網的問題:

二臺或多臺回轉式風機并網時,必須考慮并網增加的阻力。以往有的用戶在使用單臺風機時運轉正常,但二臺或多臺回轉式風機并網時出現空氣流量不足,電機電流上不去的現象,這與總體供氣能力、曝氣機布局、釋放能力是否同步、輸氣管道配置是否合理等因素有關。

In the past, some users operated normally when using a single fan, but when two or more rotary fans were connected to the grid, the air flow was insufficient and the motor current could not go up, which was related to the overall gas supply capacity, whether the layout and release capacity of aerators were synchronized, and whether the configuration of gas transmission pipelines was reasonable.
七、并聯問題:
7、 Parallel problem:
污水處理風機放空閥的使用多臺風機并聯,只需安裝一個放空閥。鼓風機啟動時,若曝氣頭還未打通,可打開放空閥,放空部分氣體,使鼓風機達到一定的流量,待升壓平穩后再,關閉放空閥。這樣可以解決因低流量造成壓力上不去的喘振問題。

When the blower is started, if the aeration head has not been opened, open the vent valve to vent some gas to make the blower reach a certain flow, and then close the vent valve after the pressure rise is stable. 八、管網阻力問題:

如果鼓風機出口后管網阻力選用過高,打開進口閥門時,電動機電流會超過額定電流,這是因為回轉式風機做功壓力超出管網總體阻力的部分會轉化成空氣流量。在出口閥門全開狀態下,壓力表所示壓力不是風機的做功壓力,而是管網總體阻力。根據性能曲線圖,總體阻力降低,流量就會相應加大,電流也就加大。此時只要將出口閥門關小,增加人為阻力,使出口端壓力表達到額定壓力,電流就會正常。關小出口閥門目的是截流超負荷流量,回轉式風機額定流量不會減小,只是增快了流速。

At this time, as long as the outlet valve is turned down, the artificial resistance is increased, and the pressure at the outlet end is expressed to the rated pressure, the current will be normal. The purpose of closing the outlet valve is to stop the overload flow. The rated flow of the rotary fan will not decrease, but increase the flow rate.
九、效率問題:
9、 Efficiency issues:
不管是哪種類型的曝氣回轉式風機,其效率都是相對的,在實際運行中不可能總是保持更高 效率,任何增加的阻力(如閥門、管道彎頭、曝氣器阻力)都會使效率降低。所以保持回轉式風機高效率運行,和工藝流程設計是密不可分的。
No matter what type of aeration rotary fan, its efficiency is relative. It is impossible to always maintain the highest efficiency in actual operation. Any increased resistance (such as valve, pipe elbow and aerator resistance) will reduce the efficiency. Therefore, maintaining high-efficiency operation of the rotary fan is inseparable from process design.
