離心式風機的工作原理與離心式鼓風機

離心風機的工作原理與離心風機在工作原理上有根本的不同,它并沒有利用氣缸容積減小來提高汽體壓力,而只是通過改變動能來提高汽體壓力。

The working principle of Centrifugal Fan is fundamentally different from that of Centrifugal Fan. It does not use the reduction of cylinder volume to increase the vapor pressure, but only changes the kinetic energy to increase the vapor pressure.

帶有帶有葉片的工作輪,當工作輪轉動時,葉片帶動汽體運動或獲得動能,然后將一部分動能轉變為壓力能,從而增加汽體壓力。這類壓縮機由于在工作時不斷地吸入制冷劑蒸汽,并在其半徑方向不斷向外旋轉,所以稱此型壓縮機為離心壓縮機。它們按裝入壓縮機工作輪的數量,分為單級和多級。

A working wheel with a blade. When the working wheel rotates, the blade drives the gas to move or acquire kinetic energy, and then converts some kinetic energy into pressure energy, thus increasing the gas pressure. This type of compressor is called Centrifugal compressor because it continuously inhales refrigerant vapor and rotates outwards in its radius direction. They are divided into single-stage and multi-stage according to the number of working wheels loaded into the compressor.

如只有一種工作輪,稱為單級離心式壓縮機,若由多個工作輪串聯構成,則稱多級離心式壓縮機。

而在空調中,由于升壓較小,所以一般都是采用單級制冷機,其它方面所用的離心式制冷機多為多級制冷機。單級離心式制冷機的結構由工作輪、擴壓器、蝸殼等組成。

壓氣機在工作時,制冷劑蒸汽從吸汽口軸向進入吸汽室,并在吸汽室的導流作用下,從蒸發器(或中間冷卻器)獲得的制冷劑蒸汽均勻地進入高速旋轉的工作輪,汽體在葉片的作用下,一邊跟著工作輪作高速旋轉,一邊受離心力的作用,在葉片槽中作擴壓流動,從而提高汽體的壓力和速度。

When the compressor is working, the refrigerant vapor enters the suction chamber axially from the suction port, and under the guiding action of the Suction Chamber, the refrigerant vapor obtained from the evaporator (or the intermediate cooler) uniformly enters the high-speed rotating working wheel, under the action of the blade, the gas rotates with the working wheel at high speed, and the gas diffuses through the blade groove under the action of Centrifugal Force, thus increasing the pressure and speed of the gas.

由于工作輪出的汽體進入汽體截流截面積逐漸增大的擴壓器4 (由于工作輪換時汽體的流動速度較高,擴散器將部分動能轉換為壓力能,從而提高汽體壓力)。離心式風機廠家介紹,汽體流過擴散器時速度降低,壓力進一步增大。通過擴散器后的汽體匯集到蝸殼內,再通過排氣口引導至中間冷卻器或冷凝器。
