The working principle of Centrifugal Fan is fundamentally different from that of Centrifugal Fan. It does not use the reduction of cylinder volume to increase the vapor pressure, but only changes the kinetic energy to increase the vapor pressure.
A working wheel with a blade. When the working wheel rotates, the blade drives the gas to move or acquire kinetic energy, and then converts some kinetic energy into pressure energy, thus increasing the gas pressure. This type of compressor is called Centrifugal compressor because it continuously inhales refrigerant vapor and rotates outwards in its radius direction. They are divided into single-stage and multi-stage according to the number of working wheels loaded into the compressor.
If there is only one kind of working wheel, it is called single-stage Centrifugal compressor. If it is composed of several working wheels in series, it is called multi-stage centrifugal compressor.
But in the air conditioning, because the boost pressure is smaller, therefore is generally uses the single-stage refrigerator, other aspects uses the centrifugal type refrigerator for the multi-stage refrigerator. The structure of single-stage Centrifugal refrigerator consists of working wheel, diffuser, volute and so on.
When the compressor is working, the refrigerant vapor enters the suction chamber axially from the suction port, and under the guiding action of the Suction Chamber, the refrigerant vapor obtained from the evaporator (or the intermediate cooler) uniformly enters the high-speed rotating working wheel, under the action of the blade, the gas rotates with the working wheel at high speed, and the gas diffuses through the blade groove under the action of Centrifugal Force, thus increasing the pressure and speed of the gas.
Diffuser 4, where the cross-sectional area of the gas intercepting from the working wheel is gradually increased (the diffuser increases the gas pressure by converting some kinetic energy into pressure energy due to the higher flow velocity of the gas during the working rotation) . Centrifugal fan manufacturers, the gas flow through the diffuser speed reduction, pressure further increase. Through the diffuser after the gas collection into the Volute, and then through the exhaust port to the intermediate cooler or condenser.
