氣力輸送裝置屬于密相中壓氣力輸送，適用于不易破碎顆粒、粉料物料的輸送。廣泛應用于鑄造、化工、醫藥、糧食的行業。

The pneumatic conveying device belongs to dense phase medium pressure pneumatic conveying, which is suitable for the conveying of particles and powder materials that are not easy to be broken. It is widely used in foundry, chemical, pharmaceutical and grain industries.

氣力輸送裝置與輸送管道、球形三通、增壓器、增壓彎頭等組成密封輸送系統，可以配自動控制電控系統，實現整個系統無人控制及配合PLC自動控制。

The pneumatic conveying device forms a sealed conveying system with conveying pipeline, spherical tee, supercharger and supercharging elbow. It can be equipped with automatic control and electric control system to realize the unmanned control of the whole system and cooperate with PLC automatic control.

氣力輸送裝置有三種，FC同類型：

There are three types of pneumatic conveying devices, FC of the same type:

(1)吸送式氣力輸送裝置(負壓的)，它是由鼓風機在管道中造成負壓，使成件物料進行運動;

(1) Suction pneumatic conveying device (negative pressure), which causes negative pressure in the pipeline by the blower to make the finished materials move;

(2)壓送式氣力輸送裝置(正壓的)，在管道中由于壓縮空氣的作用，使物料在管道中進行運動;

(2) Pressure pneumatic conveying device (positive pressure) makes materials move in the pipeline due to the action of compressed air in the pipeline;

(3)混合式氣力輸送裝置(正壓二負壓的)，在裝置中部分輸送管道處于壓送狀態，而另一部分處于負壓狀態，或是物料在壓力作用下向一個方向移動，而返回運動是靠管道中負壓作用。

(3) In the mixed pneumatic conveying device (positive pressure and negative pressure), part of the conveying pipeline is in the pressure conveying state, while the other part is in the negative pressure state, or the material moves in one direction under the action of pressure, and the return movement depends on the negative pressure in the pipeline.

根據需要壓力的大小，氣力輸送裝置又可分為，低壓氣力輸送裝置——10千帕以下，中壓氣力輸送裝置——50千帕以下，高壓氣力輸送裝置——50千帕以上，而當氣力輸送泵生產廠家采用空氣壓縮機時可達200—300千帕，甚至更高。低壓氣力輸送裝置是用于不帶集裝簡以及輸送距離受到限制的有包裝的成件物料的輸送，這類裝置一般都是吸送式的。

According to the required pressure, the pneumatic conveying device can be divided into low-pressure pneumatic conveying device below 10 kPa, medium pressure pneumatic conveying device below 50 kPa and high-pressure pneumatic conveying device above 50 kPa. When the pneumatic conveying pump manufacturer adopts air compressor, it can reach 200-300 kPa or even higher. Low pressure pneumatic conveying device is used for the conveying of packaged materials without container and with limited conveying distance. This kind of device is generally suction conveying.

中壓和高壓氣力輸送裝置是用于長距離(200—300米以上)，集裝筒成件物料的輸送。根據收發站或裝卸站的連接特點，氣力輸送裝置可分為單管或雙管(多管)的，直線形或環形的。單管直線形氣力輸送裝置依次連接兩個或若干個輸送點。物料既可正向輸送也可逆向輸送，或僅是單向輸送。

Medium pressure and high-pressure pneumatic conveying devices are used for conveying long-distance (more than 200-300m) container materials. According to the connection characteristics of the receiving and dispatching station or loading and unloading station, the pneumatic conveying device can be divided into single pipe or double pipe (multi pipe), linear or annular. The single pipe linear pneumatic conveying device is connected with two or several conveying points in turn. Materials can be transported either in the forward direction or in the reverse direction, or only in one direction.
