1. Generally, it is appropriate to install the material seal pump at the bottom of the material warehouse, and the material can be discharged smoothly. If it is not placed at the bottom of the warehouse, it can also be placed next to it. However, the inclined angle of the blanking pipe is ≥ 45 °. If it is installed at the lower part of the electrostatic precipitator ash hopper, it can be one bucket with one pump, or two buckets with two inclined pipes with one pump; Under special circumstances, four buckets and four inclined pipes can also be inserted into a material sealing pump, but the inclination of all ash falling inclined pipes shall be ≥ 45 °.
2. Generally, the material seal pump can be placed on a hard horizontal ground without foundation and foundation bolts. It can be put into operation after the air duct and discharge pipe are connected. However, a flexible joint shall be installed when the air inlet pipe is connected with the pump pipe.
3. The total height of the material seal pump (including the ash hopper of the material seal pump) is generally 3.5-4.5m, which can be appropriately changed according to the actual situation on site.
4. The outlet direction of the material seal pump can be determined according to the site conditions. Generally, it is appropriate to go beyond the direction where the ash silo is located, or according to the direction of the pipeline.
5. The device requires that the gas emission amount of the dust collector on the top of the silo should be greater than the total amount of air carried by the material seal pump. Do not cause positive pressure in the silo, so as not to affect the operation of the ash conveying system.
6. The air source, material seal pump and ash conveying pipe shall be well sealed, and the air leakage rate shall be less than 0.2%.

The filter completely separates the material from the air. When the material is full of the silo, the controller will automatically cut off the air source, the vacuum generator will stop working, the silo door will automatically open, and the material will fall into the hopper of the equipment. At the same time, the compressed air automatically cleans the filter through the pulse back blowing valve. When the time is up or the material level sensor sends the feeding signal, the feeding machine will be started automatically.
