1，離心風機允許全壓起動或降壓電動，但應注意，全壓起動時的電流約為5-7倍的額定電流，降壓起動轉矩與電壓平方成正比，當電網容量不足時，應采用降壓起動。

1. The centrifugal fan is allowed to start under full voltage or step-down electric, but it should be noted that the current during full voltage starting is about 5-7 times of the rated current, and the step-down starting torque is directly proportional to the square of the voltage. When the power grid capacity is insufficient, step-down starting should be adopted.

2，離心風機在試車時，應認真閱讀產品說明書，檢查接線方法是否同接線圖相符;應認真檢查供給風機電源的工作電壓是不是符合要求，電源是否缺相或同相位，所配電器元件的容量是否符合要求。

2. During the commissioning of centrifugal fan, carefully read the product manual and check whether the wiring method is consistent with the wiring diagram; Carefully check whether the working voltage of the power supply to the fan meets the requirements, whether the power supply is out of phase or in the same phase, and whether the capacity of the electrical components meets the requirements.

3，試車時人數不少于兩人，一人控制電源，一人觀察風機運轉情況，發現異?，F象停機檢查；新鄉風機廠家建議先檢查旋轉方向是否正確；離心風機開始運轉后，應檢查各相運轉電流是否平衡、電流是否超過額定電流；若有不正?，F象，應停機檢查。運轉五分鐘后，停機檢查風機是否有異?，F象，確認無異?，F象再開機運轉。

3. The number of people during commissioning shall not be less than two. One person controls the power supply and one person observes the operation of the fan. If any abnormality is found, stop the machine for inspection; Xinxiang fan manufacturer suggests to check whether the rotation direction is correct first; After the centrifugal fan starts to operate, check whether the operating current of each phase is balanced and whether the current exceeds the rated current; In case of abnormality, stop the machine for inspection. After five minutes of operation, shut down the fan to check whether there is any abnormality, and then start it for operation after confirming that there is no abnormality.

4，雙速離心風機試車時，應先起動低速，檢查旋轉方向是否正確;起動高速時要待風機靜止后再啟動，以防高速反向旋轉，引起開關跳閘及電機受損。

4. When commissioning the two speed centrifugal fan, start the low speed first and check whether the rotation direction is correct; When starting the high-speed fan, wait until the fan is stationary, so as to prevent the high-speed reverse rotation from causing switch tripping and motor damage.

5，離心風機達到正常轉速時，應測量風機輸入電流是否正常，離心風機的運行電流不能超過其額定電流。若運行電流超過其額定電流，應檢查供給的電壓是否正常。

5. When the centrifugal fan reaches the normal speed, measure whether the input current of the fan is normal, and the operating current of the centrifugal fan shall not exceed its rated current. If the operating current exceeds its rated current, check whether the supplied voltage is normal.
