離心風機
Centrifugal fan
依靠輸入的機械能,提高氣體壓力并排送氣體的機械,它是一種從動的流體機械。

2、軸流風機

就是與風葉的軸同方向的氣流,如電風扇,空調外機風扇就是軸流方式運行風機。之所以稱為“軸流式”,是因為氣體平行于風機軸流動。

3、斜流風機/混流風機

介于軸流風機和離心風機之間的風機,斜流風機的葉輪讓空氣既做離心運動又做軸向運動,殼內空氣的運動混合了軸流與離心兩種運動形式。

It combines the characteristics of axial and centrifugal fans, although it looks more like a traditional axial fan. The curved plate blade is welded to the conical steel hub. The flow is changed by changing the blade angle in the inlet housing upstream of the impeller. The casing can have an open inlet, but more often it has a right angle bending shape so that the motor can be placed outside the pipe. The discharge shell expands slowly to slow down the flow of air or gas and convert kinetic energy into useful static pressure.
主要用于礦井通風和隧道通風。

兩者的區別:
The difference between the two:
1、離心風機改變了風管內介質的流向,而軸流風機不改變風管內介質的流向;

離心風機的運轉功率隨著風量的增加而增加,所以離心風機在啟動時風門要全關,然后再逐漸打開,避免風機電流過大而燒毀電機。
The operating power of the centrifugal fan increases with the increase of air volume, so the air door of the centrifugal fan should be fully closed when starting, and then gradually opened to avoid burning the motor due to excessive fan current.
軸流風機的運轉功率隨著風量的增加而減少,所以軸流風機在啟動時,風門要全開,然后再逐步關閉到所需的風量值。
The operating power of the axial flow fan decreases with the increase of air volume, so when the axial flow fan is started, the damper shall be fully opened, and then gradually closed to the required air volume value.
