These temperature changes will lead to condensation, and substances will absorb, leading to condensation or adhesion. Slight heating or insulation of the pipe can help prevent this problem. Alternatively, since this problem usually occurs during startup, blowing air into the pneumatic conveying pipeline for a short time before use can dry the pipeline. If none of these solutions are applicable, an air drying system is required.
