氣力輸送卸料器的選型方法

1、供料能力:即每小時供料量t/h,換算到旋轉供料器m3/h

1. Feeding capacity: i.e. feeding capacity per hour T / h, converted to rotating feeder m3 / h

2、壓差:保證旋轉閥供料性能時,上下法蘭之間的工作壓力差kPA

3、溫度:旋轉供料器介質物料的溫度,溫度不同決定旋轉閥的間隙設定不同;高于環境較大時考慮保溫伴熱等措施,另外軸承、密封等達到其使用的極限溫度時需考慮解決辦法。

7、耐磨性:物料本身的特性,對旋轉閥氣力輸送工程殼體和轉子的磨損程度,磨損性大的物料宜選用耐磨旋轉供料器。

7. Wear resistance: according to the characteristics of the material itself, the wear degree of the shell and rotor of the rotary valve pneumatic conveying project, and the wear-resistant rotary feeder should be selected for the materials with high wear resistance.
