1、潤滑系統的檢查。避免回轉式風機在缺油狀態下運轉，運行之前應先檢查潤滑系統。

a、日常檢查油箱內的儲油量,如機油不足請加油(機油牌號為ISO標準46#汽輪機油,低溫寒冷地 區可適當降低機油牌號)。

a. Daily check the oil storage capacity in the oil tank. If the oil is insufficient, please add oil (the oil brand is ISO standard 46# turbine oil, and the oil brand can be appropriately reduced in low-temperature and cold areas).

b、日常檢查機油是否混入水份等污物而變質，如變質請及時更換機油。

c、日常清洗油過濾器。

d、日常檢查滴油嘴的滴油狀況是否正常，如滴油嘴臟了可卸下調整螺釘清洗。

2、空氣濾清器的檢查

日常檢查空氣濾清器是否臟了，如臟了可卸下空氣濾清器，旋開蝶型螺母，拿開蓋子，清洗過濾海綿(卸濾清器時注意不要把臟物掉進風機主機內)。

Daily check whether the air filter is dirty. If it is dirty, remove the air filter, unscrew the butterfly nut, remove the cover and clean the filter sponge (pay attention not to drop dirt into the fan host when removing the filter).

3、三角帶的檢查

風機運行一段時間后,三角帶會伸長，這時要將電機的固定螺栓松開，移動電機，拉緊三角帶到合適位置后再將電機固定螺栓緊住，并注意電機皮帶輪和風機皮帶輪的端面要在同一平面上，同時檢查一下兩皮帶輪的頂緊螺絲是否松掉, 如松了請緊住.

After the fan runs for a period of time, the V-belt will stretch. At this time, loosen the fixing bolts of the motor, move the motor, tighten the V-belt to a suitable position, and then tighten the fixing bolts of the motor. Note that the end faces of the motor pulley and the fan pulley should be on the same plane. At the same time, check whether the jacking screws of the two pulleys are loose. If they are loose, please tighten them

4、經常檢查風機及電機的運行狀況，如發現噪音、溫度不正常時要及時停機檢修。

4. Check the operation condition of the fan and motor frequently. In case of abnormal noise and temperature, stop the machine for maintenance in time.

5、日常檢查有無漏油、漏氣的部位并修理之，如不能修理請立刻通知生產廠商。

6、日常清理風機房，保持清潔，通風良好。
