Working principle of powder pneumatic conveying: the dusty gas enters the dust collector cylinder along the tangential direction through the rectangular intake pipe, and the dust is separated to the wall under the action of centrifugal force and rotates downward with the gas flow direction. Most of the air flow is reflected by the reverse screen, and is rotated upward and discharged through the exhaust pipe. A small part of the air flows into the ash hopper with the dust passing through the annular gap between the reflecting screen and the vertebral body, and the speed of the gas entering the ash hopper decreases. Due to the inertia effect, the dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged by the ash discharge valve, and the gas rises to the exhaust pipe through the vent hole of the reflecting screen
